 As founder and owner of Loan Star Processing, Jessica Ortiz has over ten years of experience in the Financial and Mortgage Industries. It is as a result of her wide array of experience that motivated her to open her own processing company. Jessica started out in the banking industry while living in El Paso, Texas. After moving to Dallas she made the transition to mortgage servicing with The Associates Home Equity Group.
She had the opportunity to work as a loan originator for a period of time before cross training and learning the world of processing. This experience as a Loan Originator opened her eyes to the true value of a good processor and she has customized her services with the Loan Officer in mind. Jessica knows what is required to get your loans closed in a timely and efficient manner, and places an emphasis on the importance of customer service to both the Loan Officer and the Borrower.
Loan Star Processing maintains the professional environment necessary to partner with local Mortgage Brokers by having their office at the Real Estate Center (Freedom Title Building) in the heart of Flower Mound.
Having built a home for her family in the DFW area, Jessica is a proud mother to her children and a dedicated and loving wife.
